2013 - 2016 Group Senior Group VP, Division Head Telecom Industry, Giesecke + Devrient, Division Head and MD 3S, Munich, Germany. Restructuring the business, strategy refinement, building SaaS capabilities from scratch.
2011 - 2012 CEO / CTO Funkwerk AG, Munich, Germany. Strategic portfolio realignment, refocus and development. Company portfolio clean up, divestment of 4 out of 14 companies, cash collection from disputed multi-million contracts.
