Background - from real life experience
I can offer experience from leadership roles and 35 years in telecommunications, IT, consulting, digital security and IoT - including CEO and Managing Director roles in large global organizations with up to 1Bn Euro revenue and 5400 staff. I've done large restructuring programs as well as start-ups - all in international environments.
I enjoy working "hands on" within teams of passionate people to support achieving ambitious goals.
My most recent consulting activities were in the area AI startup support and mentorship for a startup in QC. I've also helped a law firm with the ESG EcoVadis certification. Recent months were
occupied with the development of a complete governance model for a digital factory producing secure xSIM profiles in very large quantities at an optimized cost base, based on stringent set of KPIs. Roles and job descriptions were developed as well as a scoring matrix to identify the best candidates for the defined roles and tasks.
